We could stick to our original decision and trust that soon, after our dynamite marketing for this product lets people know the real value of our product, it will start to sell and get us out of the red and into the black.
The first order of attack was allowing the two groups of chickens to get to know each other without being let loose with each other. To accomplish this, I put the new chickens in an upside down crate in the middle of the chicken coop. New Yorkers, largely due to the aggravation of overpopulation, can be testy. As the city becomes progressively more crowded, tensions, nerves and even outright hostilities will continue to thrive. Since this is a tough city to live in, New Yorkers tend to possess a certain mental toughness. This attitude comes across as being obnoxious and rude. New Yorkers are therefore believed to have a crummy attitude, considered anti-social.
New Having avoided a deficit in additional costs and expenses was just like making a profit! Had I not stuck to my original decision, I would never have learned the 3 step process to sticking to a sound decision every time! Apply this simple 3 step process whenever you have made a business decision to see if it’s worth sticking to. Once you know you’ve made a business decision with confidence, stick to it, and you will never to spend extra time and money, coming up with a new one. By saving money and not going back on my decision was like making a profit!
Amazingly enough – green acorns aren’t poisonous to pigs! They can hoover them up, and they really do hoover, with no ill effect. This year over 500 pigs and piglets were let out in an attempt to save New Forest ponies and other animals from dying, due to the high volume of green acorns which were dropping from the oak trees.
A new HAM that is trying to get their first contact is just that, new. This is not a bad thing and contacts can be made most often by just changing frequencies to another repeater. SO to any new HAM operator the best advice is don’t give up. Don’t be shy. Keep trying and you will make that first QSO. Most HAM operators are very helpful and will give great advice to help improve your communications. As a new HAM don’t be concerned that you don’t know everything there is to know about using your radio, your antenna, feed lines, or the phonetic alphabet. Station operators that have been on the air for a while will be glad to help, if they can’t help they will refer you to some one who can.
So when you want some new ideas, the first thing to do after deciding on a definite aim, is to commit that aim to your unconscious mind, let’s call it UM from now on so I don’t get carpel tunnel. By thinking hard on your goal, and accompanying that thinking with strong feelings of desire, it will be implanted into your deepest imagination.
